ACCENT Marketing Services Bringing 40 New Jobs to Monroe

JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (Feb 7) – ACCENT Marketing Services, a member of the MDC Partners Network and provider of customer engagement and performance marketing solutions, today announced it is hiring 40 employees at its Monroe, La., contact center to provide member care on behalf of a leading provider of weight management services.
Since 2009, ACCENT has partnered with the client to provide inbound sales from its Kansas City, Mo., contact center. Last year, the program was expanded to provide inbound member care from ACCENT’s New Albany, Ind., facility. Recently, the client has experienced a significant increase in call volume driven in part by the success of a new member program. ACCENT and the client are again expanding to Monroe to meet this increased demand while also adding an additional layer of redundancy.

To prepare for the new program, employees will undergo 64 hours of classroom training where they will learn about the client’s brand and how to support the company’s products and services. Upon completion of training, engagement specialists will begin taking live calls.
ACCENT is currently seeking employees with at least six months of customer service experience and an aptitude for sales. Additionally, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Former ACCENT employees who left the company in good standing as well as any applicant who meets the qualifications for the position are encouraged to apply.
