The Koetter Group to Break Ground on State-of-the-Art Facility For Accent Marketing Services

Customer Engagement Center will be located on Town Center Boulevard in Jeffersonville
JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (April 27) The Koetter Group will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, April 29 at 1:00 p.m. to celebrate ACCENT Marketing Services’ new Southern Indiana customer engagement center located at 4550 Town Center Boulevard in Jeffersonville. Construction on the new facility is expected to be complete in spring 2012. ACCENT announced plans in early February to move its current New Albany customer engagement operations to the expanded site in Jeffersonville.
The new Jeffersonville building will total 34,000 square-feet and sit on approximately five acres. The interior will be completely finished with an expansive production floor, private offices, conference rooms, training facilities, a data control center, a cafe-style break room, and energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems.
ACCENT’s expansion plan also includes the addition of up to 175 new jobs by 2013, as well as the retention of more than 400 current contact center jobs.
