Recruiting Process

ACCENT people interact with customers every day. Our goal is to provide positive customer experiences for every customer interaction. That’s why it’s essential that we find the right people for the job. ACCENT’s recruitment process begins with sourcing for the right candidate and ends with selecting the best person suited for the job. Here’s how we do it:

Application Process

The Applicant can apply via the web (accentonline.com), via phone (866-599-0776), or in person at any of our ACCENT locations. ACCENT also encourages our employees to utilize our ACCENT Reward$ Employee Referral Program to refer qualified candidates.

Screening Process

Applications are screened to determine if the Applicant’s qualifications and skills are commensurate with the job in which they have applied. Screening can also include a series of verbal conversations with the Applicant.

Testing/Interviewing Process

Based on the screening process, the qualified Applicant is tested using behavioral-based testing resources and interviewed by the hiring team. For individuals working in a contact center, they have the opportunity to participate in a Realistic Job Preview, whereby they spend time on the contact center floor listening to calls and observing operations activity.

Job Offer

The hiring team makes the final selection and the Applicant is offered the position.

Background Check

Upon acceptance of the position, a background check is performed on the Applicant.
