ACCENT Expands Operations at Tell City, Indiana Contact Center, Adding 50 New Jobs

Jeffersonville, IN (June 14, 2006) - ACCENT Marketing Services today celebrated the successful line of business transition and growth of its customer contact center in Tell City, Indiana. The conversion better aligns the center’s core customer service strengths with the needs of ACCENT’s clients, while adding approximately 50 new customer service jobs.

Since opening in October 2002, the center has provided inbound customer service and sales support for the Local Service division of a national telecommunications provider. On February 1, 2006, all contact center employees underwent a rigorous five week training course to learn how to support the client’s Wireless line of business. The center began taking calls again under the new line of business on March 9, 2006.

“ACCENT is focused on building lasting partnerships with our clients,” said Linda Ruffenach, ACCENT’s chief operations officer. “This decision was made in part to leverage the strengths of the center while meeting the rapidly changing needs of our clients. Our ability to quickly adapt is what sets us apart from our competition, and it’s a true testament to the commitment and dedication of our employees.”

Recently recognized as Perry County’s Large Employer of the Year, ACCENT expects to complete hiring for the new customer service positions within the next six months. This will expand ACCENT’s workforce in Tell City to approximately 250 employees by year-end.
