ACCENT Expands Operations at Winter Haven Contact Center, Adding 75 New Customer Service Jobs

Jeffersonville, IN (August 2, 2006) - ACCENT Marketing Services today announced that its Winter Haven, Florida, contact center has been selected to provide inbound customer care for one of the nation’s fastest growing prepaid wireless providers. The company will add 75 additional customer service representatives to support the new program.

Since opening in 1999, the center has provided inbound customer service and sales support for the long distance and wireless service divisions of a Fortune 100 telecommunications client. Earlier this year, the client selected ACCENT’s Winter Haven facility to provide customer care for its subsidiary, a lifestyle-based youth brand that represents the fastest growing segment in the Fortune 100 client’s portfolio.

ACCENT expects to complete hiring for 75 additional customer service positions within the next four months. The Winter Haven center is one of three ACCENT facilities located in Florida, and one of twelve customer care centers globally.

To prepare for the new program, each representative received numerous hours of product and service training. ACCENT also made many enhancements to the 25,853 square foot facility during the six week transition. Most notably, the company hired a local artist to paint murals throughout the center. The murals reflect the diverse youth culture, lifestyles, and interests of the client’s customer base.

The Winter Haven facility is ACCENT’s first center to be selected by the Fortune 100 client for the line-of-business transition. The Winter Haven facility was chosen because of its diverse corporate culture and because of its proven track record of responding well to program changes throughout its seven year history. ACCENT recently announced that it will open an additional contact center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, in September to also support this line of business.
