ACCENT MARKETING SERVICES NAMES NEW PRESIDENT

Kevin Foley to Lead Strategic Vision for Global Business

JEFFERSONVILLE , IN (July 13, 2005) - ACCENT Marketing Services today announced Kevin Foley as President of the company, succeeding Gary Owens, who departed from ACCENT to pursue other interests. Foley, who joined the organization in 1998, most recently served as the company's Chief Information Officer. Foley has more than 13 years' experience in leading strategic operations, marketing and technology divisions for ACCENT and Fortune 500 Company, General Electric (GE).

Background on Foley:

Kevin has more than 13 years' experience in operations and technology, including the development and implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) infrastructuresfor Fortune 1000 companies. Kevin has been a key contributor at ACCENT for seven years. Inhis most recent role as Chief Information Officer, Kevin was responsible for all IT strategic andtactical initiatives for ACCENT. Kevin also lead ACCENT's implementation team, which is responsible for the planning, build-out, staffing and operational set up of all new contact centers including all contract negotiations. While at ACCENT, Kevin has also served as Executive Vice President of Operations, Marketing and Sales and also as Chief Operations Officer. Before joining ACCENT in 1998, Kevin spent eight years with GE in various engineering, operations, IT, finance and management roles. While at GE, Kevin was trained in Six Sigma and ISO 9001 standards. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a native of Louisville, KY.
