ACCENT Expands Relationship with Cable and Wireless Jamaica

CWJ outsourcing to make good on its promise of improved Customer Service delivery

Jeffersonville, IN (April 28, 2006) - ACCENT Marketing Services announced today it has signed a multi-year contract with Cable and Wireless Jamaica. Beginning in July, CWJ will outsource its 200 seat inbound contact center in Kingston to ACCENT. The move to Jamaica will expand ACCENT’s global footprint to 13 locations across North America, the Caribbean, and the Asia Pacific.

CWJ began outsourcing a portion of its outbound mobile calls to ACCENT’s Trinidad contact center last September. The Trinidad project was the first test of ACCENT’s capabilities. CWJ chose to expand its relationship because of ACCENT's extensive expertise in customer relationship management particularly as it relates to serving customers of telecommunications providers.

“When we look at ACCENT’s track record and experience, we are confident that they will be able to provide superior service for CWJ’s extensive customer base,” said Rodney Davis, CWJ’s President and CEO.

Under the agreement, ACCENT will provide ongoing employment opportunities for CWJ’s existing inbound agents and managers in Kingston. CWJ will retain its inbound Montego Bay call center and its outbound call center in Kingston.

“CWJ’s decision to expand its relationship with ACCENT demonstrates continued confidence in our superior customer care solutions and extensive telecommunications experience,” said Kevin Foley, ACCENT’s president. “By utilizing CWJ’s tenured staff, we will be able to deliver similar call quality from the start. It will also enable us to focus on implementing the types of changes required to drive operational efficiencies, while helping CWJ remain attentive and responsive to the needs of its customers.”
