We ask that you take a moment to carefully read the Policy and make sure you understand its terms and conditions. By accessing the Site, you are accepting the practices outlined within the Policy.
1. What Type Of Information Does ACCENT Collect?
ACCENT may collect the following types of information from you: (1) Non-Personal and Aggregate Information and (2) Personal Information. Please refer below for more information regarding each type of User Information.
A. Non-Personal and Aggregate Information.
When you visit, access, browse, or use the Site, ACCENT gathers and stores certain non-personal and aggregate information about your visit automatically. Such information includes, but is not limited to:

ACCENT collects and stores Personal Information through the use of cookie files on your computer. Personal Information is collected or stored whenever you register to download Materials (defined below), fill out a survey, make an inquiry or request Materials, or submit a resume through the Site.
ACCENT also uses Personal Information to properly respond to and service any of your inquiries, requests, and/or messages. ACCENT may also use Personal Information to develop and promote a relationship with you by providing updates regarding current and future products and services. However, ACCENT does not currently collect, use, disclose, or store Personal Information for any other purposes nor is Personal Information provided to any third parties unless otherwise specified.

ACCENT is committed to handling Personal Information from users subject to the European Union’s data protection laws in accordance with the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Safe Harbor Principles”). ACCENT has created a Safe Harbor Notice in compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles. D. User Information From Email Communications.
ACCENT may receive a confirmation whenever you open an email communication from us, if your computer supports this type of program, in order to help us make emails more interesting and helpful.
If you elect to use our referral features for informing a friend about our Site, we will ask for their name and email address. ACCENT may send them an email on behalf of your with an invitation to visit the Site. ACCENT does not store this information.
E. User Information From Other Sources.
For purposes such as improving personalization of our Site, ACCENT may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.
2. What Are Cookies And How Are They Used By ACCENT?

5. How Can I Correct Or Remove Information About Me?
If your Personal Information collected or stored by ACCENT contains an error or should be removed, please notify us at CorpComm@accentonline.com so that we may correct or delete the information as soon as possible.
6. Does ACCENT Protect The Privacy of Minors.
ACCENT is committed to protecting the privacy of minors. This Site is not intended for users under the age of 13, and ACCENT does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children. Minors should always get their parents’ consent before giving out any Personal Information. If we have mistakenly collected information about a minor through our Site, please notify us at CorpComm@accentonline.com so that we may immediately delete the information.
7. Copyright, Trademark, and Other Intellectual Property.
Unless otherwise indicated, ACCENT holds the copyright to all materials posted on its website and reserves all rights thereto. Any and all uses of the materials posted on our website are prohibited. Any authorization granted herein does not extend to the design, format, or layout of the websites that may be further protected under applicable trade dress, trademark, or copyright laws. All copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property-related notices must remain affixed to any materials downloaded from the Site. Failure to maintain such notices voids any authorization granted above.
Absent authorization, ACCENT grants no other right, title, ownership, license, or other property interest in the materials and subject matter posted on the Site and in any intellectual property rights protecting such materials and subject matter.

8. Third Party Users.
All independent contractors, vendors, and third party users (collectively, “Third Party Users”) of ACCENT’s systems and documents containing Personal Information are subject to this Policy. All Third Party Users are directed to: (a) protect all User Information from any unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure, or storage; and (b) destroy or delete such User Information when no longer required for the purposes intended or by law, whichever is longer. Additionally, Third Party Users shall implement appropriate security measures to protect User Information. This Site may contain certain hypertext or hyperlinks (collectively, “Links”) that direct or take you to websites owned, controlled, managed, or run by third parties (“Third Party Sites”). For example, when you apply for an employment opportunity with ACCENT, you will leave the Site and be re-directed to a Third Party Site to upload your resume. This Policy does not apply to Third Party Sites so you should become familiar with the practices and policies of Third Party Sites each time you visit, access, or use such a site.
Further, ACCENT does not own, control, manage, or run any Third Party Site, nor is ACCENT responsible for any Third Party Site, its content, or its practices. ACCENT does not endorse nor make any representation regarding any Third Party Site and/or any information, software, or other products or materials found on a Third Party Site. - The Site and Policy are governed by the internal substantive laws of the state of Indiana, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

- ACCENT shall be entitled to temporary and permanent injunctive relief to restrain any breaches or further violations of this Policy, without the posting of any bond, and that this right to injunctive relief shall be in addition to any and all of ACCENT’s other remedies and damages, including, but not limited to, costs, fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, incurred as a result of said breach or threatened breach.
- In case one or more provisions contained in this Policy shall be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remainder of the provisions set forth herein shall remain effective and binding and shall not be affected or otherwise impaired thereby.
